INTERVIEW TIPS :

Here are some tips which will be beneficial while facing an interviewer, ofcourse I practiced and now I am preaching.

Prepare your self for what role you are looking for and what they are trying to offer you:

Go through your CV from top to bottom twice caz we boost more in CV than what we do in practical life.

Don't get attracted to receptionist, its a weakness for many men as I am also victim of such thing.

1. Know about that company, its history and its URL before attending the interview. Take copy of your CV.

2. Try going in white or any other plain colored shirt that glows.

3. Go at least 15 minutes early and relax in that office atmosphere till you are called.

4. Handshake while introducing who ever it may me, I mean gent or lady.

5. Make your voice sound as if they want a favor from you and you are only person whom they can get in this world for that position.

6. Always look straight into the interviewer's eyes who is asking you question's.

7. Sit in the chair as if you are already confirmed that position.

8. If you don’t understand the question ask him to repeat that if possible tell him to simplify it as each person thinks and looks at it with different perception.

9. Never hurry while answering be relaxed and always present them with than practical example that came across in your work place.

10. Be transparent while you are saying " YES " or " NO" caz interviewer tries to confuse you with same question asking in different way.

11. Try to present what you know on the board with sketch with an presentation which always impresses the interviewer.

12. When you find that interviewer doesn’t actually knew any thing of that subject then try to dominate him by asking what is his experience and what he know about this subject. This is one way of scaring the interviewer, so that he will try to cut short the interview process and comes straight to CTC what you want.

13. If interviewer asking out of box questions bring him into the stream saying that you don’t have experience in that or say that you know but you didn’t get chance to implement.

14. Try to spontaneous while speaking don’t use broken English if not possible keep slow pace while delivering things.

15. Few interviewer's try to act smart by asking things, that haven’t been still in the market they just want to know how much are you following the new trends in this field.

16. Giving interview is an art, which is practiced not preached. Some people how much ever experienced they sweat to face interviewers. Giving interview is an of fooling, some say it as art of impressing. Never mind its for your survival.

17. At last when interviewer completes the interview and says " Do you have any questions" then you ask about his back ground and try to praise him as much as possible. Ask him " How much experience he have", " What is his position", "For whom exactly they are looking for", "How is the progress of company", "How does company take care of individual prospects", Etc.

18. If they come to decision to recruit you demand them asking for 50% hike, If they say is it possible to negotiate then depending upon other offer's you have think thrice and ask them how much they can offer and say that you will think about it and get back to them.

19. Be very carefull with the offer letters as you need to know about TAXABLE AMOUNT and NON TAXABLE. Some company show you high but make things taxable.

20. Play with subject look at them as your opponents and hit the goal & break the wall and get the offer with 100% hike.

All the best. May God Bless You.

Gods are really crazy they are using us as pawns in chess board I mean in this " LIFE".

" ANY THING LESS THAN EXTRAORDINARY IS WASTE OF TIME "

========================================================

" LIFE IS CONSTANT PROCESS OF LEARNING and RE-ENGINEERING "

FRESH GRADUATES SHOULD IMPROVE:

As a fresher you need to utilise your time in improving following things:

1. English Verbal skills
2. English Vocal " Pronunciation" & Communcation skills
3. Analytical skills
4. Problem solving skills
5. Time managment

Yes now a question arises how can you improve these things...........

These skills are present in every one but we often forget and get dependent on others by attending classes in institutes and goinging to tutors.

Here are few tips which I can give you for developing above skills.

Verbal skills can improved by reading english newspapers, books"Literature" and dictionarys.

Pronunciation is learnt from observing people how they are delivering words , going through dictionary, attending english speaking courses and watching television shows & movies.

Communcation is what you express that you had in mind. Here you shouldnt feel shy just think that you know and go ahead. Caz always there is some one who corrects you else not you can ask them if there is mistake in your speech.

Analytical skills are nothing but reasoning. These are developed by not just reading but keen observation and concentration. You need to understand the thing completely for that you need to read properly, clearly and make note of all those you think are important. There are lot of books avialable in the market. These skills are achived only by practise. For example books for prepartion of GMAT, GRE , CAT and other competitive exams.

Problem solving skills are nothing but related to mathematical skills which you already had. Always look at the broader level and analyse. Dont look at problem think about the solution to resolve it. For every problem there is a solution. Dont leave it, Dont move out of its sight, Dont eat, Dont sleep till you come out with a solution. The universal fact is we use only 15% of our brain power rest we keep it idle. So try to utilise it and solve it fast. Problem solving skills are needed while you are programming in software line.

Time is money for every one. Those who can use it optimally will see success in short time. Money lost can be gained but not time. So I would request you not to waste your time in materialistic things which doesnt help in your career building.
